CasePredictor

About CasePredictor

CasePredictor is an independent analytics site that turns public USCIS data into interactive forecasts for immigration case timelines. Every chart is sourced from official datasets — we don't store case details, require login, or charge for access.

The problem we solve

USCIS publishes processing times, but the official tool reports a single range per form without historical trend, no visual comparison across forms, and no way to overlay the visa bulletin. Applicants are left checking the tool every month and copying numbers into spreadsheets. CasePredictor consolidates the data into one place, adds context (trends, year-over-year, cohort volume), and produces a grounded prediction window from your receipt date.

Who it's for

What CasePredictor is — and is not

What it is

  • • Free, no login, no paywalls in V1
  • • Data-driven forecasts from official USCIS and DoS sources
  • • Monthly automated refresh pipeline
  • • Interactive charts, filters, and URL-shareable views
  • • Open about methodology and limitations

What it is not

  • • Not legal advice — consult an immigration attorney
  • • Not a live case status lookup (use USCIS egov)
  • • Not affiliated with USCIS or the US government
  • • Not a guarantee — RFEs and policy changes happen

How we differ from the official USCIS tool
