These terms govern your use of CasePredictor (case-predictor.com). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What CasePredictor is

CasePredictor is an independent analytics tool that estimates USCIS case processing timelines from publicly available USCIS and U.S. Department of State data, and — for signed-in users who add a receipt number — displays the current case status and history obtained from the official USCIS Case Status API.

2. Not legal advice; not affiliated with USCIS

CasePredictor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any government agency. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Estimates are statistical projections, not guarantees, and your individual case may differ materially. For legal questions, consult a licensed immigration attorney; for the authoritative status of your case, always rely on your official USCIS account and notices.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

An account is optional and used only to save and sync your cases. You agree to provide accurate information and to only look up receipt numbers that you are authorized to access (for example, your own case or one you are permitted to track). You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping, bulk-harvesting receipt numbers, attempting to access other users' data, probing or overloading the service, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

4. Your data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we store (including receipt numbers and case-status data), how long we keep it, how it is secured, that we do not sell your personal data, and how to request deletion of your account and data. It is incorporated into these terms.

5. Service availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable (for example, when a source or the USCIS API is down). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CasePredictor is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates or status data are accurate, current, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CasePredictor and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on the site. Immigration timing decisions carry real consequences — verify anything important against your official USCIS account before acting.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For minor or clarifying edits, we revise the "Last updated" date above.

For material changes, we will notify account holders by email, provide a plain-language summary of what changed, and ask you to actively accept the updated terms the next time you sign in. The changes will not apply to your account until you accept them.
